Child & Adolescent Therapy


Every parent or care-giver wishes and hopes for the best for their children or those under their care. But what happens when you notice there are concerns relating to their development, disruptive behaviour and/sudden strange behaviour or mood in your child? Family Therapy


Family is, for most, perceived as a haven, a safe place. However this may prove very difficult if one has to constantly deal with life challenges that impact on family relationships and leaving one or members of the family feeling disconnected and operating in silos or against each other. We provide professional support to individuals and families to strengthen family relationships, build and maintain healthy, stable relationships for all through a range of services and programmes. Our family therapeutic interventions are aimed at improving communication between family members, enhancing the quality of relationships, raising awareness of each other’s feelings and empathy, mutual understanding and respect for each other’s space, strengthening bonds and increasing the overall happiness of the whole family.

Couples Therapy


A committed partnership or a marriage can be one of the most rewarding kind of relationships, yet many couples are left feeling isolated, invisible, unheard, hurt and resentful, forming emotional and physical distance between them. Couples therapy may be needed as it present the couple with a safe, non-judgemental space to address the wounds of the past, current hurts, destructive patterns and dynamics, in order for healing to be facilitated. Assessments


Psychological assessment is a process of testing that uses a combination of techniques to help arrive at some hypotheses about an individual’s behaviour, personality and cognitive capacity. We offer the following psychological assessments services:

a) Educational Assessments
We provide educational assessments and recommend relevant interventions for children between the ages of 5 to 18 years.

Services include:

• School readiness assessments
• General Assessments to determine emotional, intellectual and scholastic areas for development in children and adolescents.
• Based on the assessments, we provide or make referrals for relevant interventions.

b) Career Assessments and Counselling

We provide career assessment and guidance to adults and adolescents to help our clients make sound career choices. Our assessment tools assist in finding the optimum balance between personality, interest, aptitude and cognitive (IQ) levels. We also take value decisions such as finances, family and social life into account.

Standard career guidance includes:
• A set combination of psychometric tests, including personality test, interest test, aptitude test and a Cognitive Applied IQ test;
• Interview with the therapist;
• Guidance on training institutions / workplace selection;
• Recommendation on career pathing;
• Therapeutic coaching – working with your personality to maintain a healthy balance between your personal life and career.

c) Occupational Assessments
We assess the capabilities and potential of current and aspiring leaders and provide an independent assessment of outside candidates for key inside roles. When consulting, we help our clients understands how to identify the subtle differences that makes an appointment a “best fit” for a critical role and explain why an individual may be successful in one environment but not in another.

Young people with dreams become adults with vision! These are programmes aimed at empowering the youth by paving the way to awaken their creativity, potential and purpose. This is based on the premise that young people who know who they are, their life purpose, and dream have a better a greater chance to survive and flourish despite what life may bring their way.

Girls Talk!
This programme is aimed at empowering girls to become their best selves and making them leaders instead of survivors of life misfortunes. Girl Talk will be a mutually beneficial community in which young girls (10 – 15 years of age) come together in safe and friendly environment to learn and talk about issues relevant to their age, gender, development, sexuality, spirituality, mental health, environment, social and academic realities. The aim is to learn and share knowledge, hope, grace, support, love, and experiences. As a result of being involved in Girl Talk, young girls will connect to their purpose for a fulfilling life in whatever field they choose.

Boys Talk!
Ever wondered why some young boys are violent, unruly, fight, drink and are on drugs at a very young age?

• 59% of boys who are MENtored, get better grades.
• Boys who meet regularly with their MENtors are 52% less likely than their peers to skip a day of school and 37% less likely to skip a class.
• Boys who meet regularly with their MENtors are 46% less likely than their peers to start using illegal drugs and 27% less likely to start drinking. Our aim is to create a platform for young boys (10 – 17 years) to engage of various topics that affect their lives, including:
